About the sale of BCS to Main
BCS, a leading provider of software for Human Resource Management and payroll administration, has been sold to Main Capital Partners and the management of BCS. With the support of Main, BCS aims to further expand its strong position in the Human Capital Management market in the Benelux.
BCS is a Dutch SaaS provider of HR and payroll software and service solutions; owned by Bas Praagman, Ruben van Aarle, and Ramon van Aarle (also owners of Taxperience). BCS has over 40 years of experience within the sector and offers an extensive product portfolio including solutions for payroll administration, employee benefits, time tracking, workflow management, and workforce planning, as well as integrated HR software solutions. The solutions are delivered to more than 2,300 customers within the Dutch market.

Our role as M&A advisor
Investec advised the shareholders of BCS throughout the entire sales process up to and including closing, in:
